Montien House - Sha Plus Chaweng , Chaweng (Koh Samui)

The hotel rooms are very big with massive bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the first room was outdated, and it had a door you could see through to the next room through a crack. It would be nice to have transfers to and from the airport included.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a joy to be in and provided great value for the money, although they felt a bit outdated. It would have been nice to have airport transfers included in the stay.

The hotel is tucked away enough to enjoy some peace yet close to the bustling nightlife. The rooms at the garden were in need of renovation and had mosquitoes due to poorly sealed windows, but changing rooms was effortless. The staff were friendly and accommodating while the food was satisfying. The overall value for the price was decent based on the prime location.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay right by the beach and nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although not exactly as pictured, with a minor mosquito issue easily resolved. The service is exceptional but with occasional instances of rudeness. The location is superb for beach access, although proximity to loud music can be bothersome. Dining is generally good, though it can become repetitive. Overall, a mixed experience with notable positives and negatives.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chaweng Resort and just steps away from the beach, although some enhancements could make it even more appealing. Dining was satisfactory, with a pleasant view perfect for a beachfront lunch or a romantic dinner, even though some aspects could be improved. Facilities met our needs adequately, contributing to a comfortable stay.
